According to the June 2009 Santa Barbara Public Health newsletter, 34.8% of fatal Motor Vehicle accidents in Santa Barbara County involve alcohol or other drug usage. The newsletter also states that teenage (unwed) pregnancy inflicts a burden of $3.8 billion (yearly?) on the California taxpayer.
What's the common denominator to both challenges? Answer: Lack of Self-discipline. How do we take on this challenge? Answer: Self-building.
