FROM INTIMIDATION TO NEGOTIATION

While the instructive guidance of the Noble Qur'an is well-received, its benefits still remain to be translated for the Muslim world. Is it because of lack of organic growth of negotiating frameworks, such as as empowered legislatures and effective self-governance? Does the Muslim World remains locked in a stagnant culture of intimidation, stifling new ideas and personal talent?
